With an energetic team and a reputation for delivering top-tier service, Our client is growing rapidly and looking for a dynamic Commercial Property Sales and Lettings Negotiator to help expand their reach in this active market.

Role Highlights

 As a negotiator, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming business spaces, working directly with clients to facilitate the sale and leasing of office buildings and industrial properties. Your work will help businesses secure the perfect locations, from small office suites to expansive industrial facilities.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of commercial property sales and lettings, managing deals from initial contact to close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique property needs.
  • Arrange property viewings, conduct negotiations, and facilitate transactions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and prepare insightful market reports to support property appraisals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years in residential or commercial property or with a focus on office and industrial sales or lettings.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Market Insight: Strong knowledge of the Hertfordshire residential or commercial property landscape.
  • Mobility: Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within the region.
