Your Role:

As the Design Director, you will spearhead creative endeavours, leading a talented team of designers as the head of Heritage. Your mission: to bring your extensive heritage hospitality experience to our prestigious residential and hospitality projects, ensuring they are nothing short of spectacular.

What You'll Do:

• Inspire and Lead: Drive the design process from brilliant concept to stunning completion, creating awe-inspiring residential and hospitality projects that set new industry standards.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and your team to develop and refine project visions, ensuring they align perfectly with client aspirations and the companies’ high standards.
• Manage with Excellence: Oversee every project detail, from budgeting and scheduling to resource allocation, ensuring seamless delivery on time and within budget.
• Mentor and Motivate: Cultivate a vibrant, collaborative, and creative work environment, mentoring your team to push the boundaries of design excellence.
