 Requirements

  • Educational Excellence: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (additional certifications are advantageous).
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years as a structural engineer, with a significant track record of onsite expertise, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
  • Technical Mastery: Showcase a strong background in conducting meticulous technical due diligence and an in-depth grasp of structural design and building safety principles.
  • Regulatory Insight: Possess a comprehensive understanding of fire safety and building legislation, including compliance with the Building Safety Act.
